Return Policy

So much gratitude is felt by the creator of a piece when you purchase a piece of art or jewelry. When purchasing an item you are effecting the life by supporting that creator with your purchase and so does every return or exchange you make. Therefore each return or exchange is handled exclusively as a per request basis.

If a return or an exchange is to take place, you must contact by email or phone at trista@vryth.com and/or 260-602-1711 and leave a detailed message with the reason for return, your name, phone number and email address as soon as possible (please leave a voice message when calling, as phone calls are screened due to the heavy amount of spam and robo calls being received). Packing and return shipping instructions will be sent via email. For your protection, please insure your package for the full purchase amount and obtain a tracking number. Vryth Designs LLC is not responsible for items damaged due to improper packaging or items lost in transit. Please email the tracking number the day you send it out. The item must then be
received with in 10 days of the original receipt of purchase in all of it's original packaging, undamaged and unworn. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise discussed. A refunded will happen once the returned item has been received, via the original payment method as long as the item meets all return requirements. Typically a refund appear on your account statement within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your return is being processed.

If damaged while shipping, please contact trista@vryth.com as soon as you receive the damaged item and together we will work with the shipping company to get it rectified and/or rebuilt etc. Any items purchased through an authorized retailer should be returned to that retailer and are subject to that store's return policies. There will not be any accepted returns or refunds on any custom orders or international orders. Thank you for your time and whatever support you give to a creator.
